Sparsholt College Winter Show Jumping Series 2011

The Animal Friends Equine Insurance unaffiliated winter show jumping series continues this weekend at Sparsholt College, near Winchester, on Sunday 16 January 2011.

This series offers riders at all levels the chance to compete in unaffiliated competitions at one of the highest quality equestrian centres in the South West.  Qualifiers have been running once a month on selected weekends from November 2010, culminating in the Animal Friends Equine Insurance Final on 26 March 2011.  Event dates remaining are as follows: 16 January and 12 February 2011.

Each event offers a choice of six classes, at heights from 2 foot 3 to 3 foot 6.

“We are based in Amesbury, just down the road from Sparsholt College and are delighted to be supporting this local initiative.  We offer insurance for horses and pets with a difference and are keen to explain this new concept to horse riders and owners locally. Not only are we competitive, but we offer personal service from a local team and most importantly are the only insurance company to donate substantial sums each year to help animals in need, all over the world,” explains Chris Fairfax, Managing Director of sponsors, Animal Friends.

All competitors, supporters and spectators at the Sparsholt events can take advantage of a 5% introductory discount (code: SPA 1) and the winner of every class at the qualifiers and finals will take home a 10% offer voucher.
